Course content
|
Experiential education seminar is aimed at deepening the pedagogical use of experiences and thematically build on students' knowledge of the bachelor's degree. The subject will be devoted to pedagogical and psychological foundations of experiential learning, organizations dedicated to the experiential education, personal trainer and a team of instructors, security events, dramaturgy, directing actions, different kinds of games and marketing.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the seminar is to deepen knowledge and skills in the field of experiential pedagogy, to use it in creating projects in the field of experiential activities and experiential learning and to use the acquired knowledge and skills in creating projects of experiential events.
- Students deepen their knowledge and understand the basic principles, pedagogical and psychological foundations of experiential learning - Students deepen their knowledge about organizations devoted to experiential learning - Students understand the essence of experiential events and can creatively use the knowledge gained in developing projects experiential events - Students gain the skills necessary for creating experiential events

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance, Dialog, Seminar Work
Active participation in the seminars is required to complete the course; a maximum of 2 duly excused absences for serious reasons are permitted. The output of the seminar is the preparation of a seminar project, which students will work on during the seminar - in groups they will create a project of an experiential event on a chosen topic and for a chosen target group, which they will present and reflect on each other. The project will incorporate all the theoretical topics discussed. Learners with an individual plan: - Self-study of the materials provided with the study support, each topic will be reflected in writing in the preparation of a proposal for a 2-3 day event, which will include theoretically anchored principles of experiential pedagogy. Presentation of the proposal and answering additional questions.
