Course content
|
At present, more and more emphasis on promoting teaching staff. Supporting teaching staff then means above all prevention of burnout syndrome, abuse of authority, but also support in working with individuals from different social groups. In connection with this support are given three basic methods of supervision, coaching and mentoring.

Learning outcomes

- Identification of risk factors of the teaching profession, - The definition of the support needs of teaching staff: support when working with clients, supporting the work team, managers support, support professional growth, promotion of non-work life, - Defining the various forms of support - its features and principles
- Knowledge of the forms of support, - Ability to assess the need for aid and the ability to design an adequate form - Ability to formulate an order for support

Oral exam
Active participation in class, proposal activities within the educational support, passing the oral exam
