Course content
At present, more and more emphasis on promoting teaching staff. Supporting teaching staff then means above all prevention of burnout syndrome, abuse of authority, but also support in working with individuals from different social groups. In connection with this support are given three basic methods of supervision, coaching and mentoring.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming)
Learning outcomes
- Identification of risk factors of the teaching profession, - The definition of the support needs of teaching staff: support when working with clients, supporting the work team, managers support, support professional growth, promotion of non-work life, - Defining the various forms of support - its features and principles
- Knowledge of the forms of support, - Ability to assess the need for aid and the ability to design an adequate form - Ability to formulate an order for support

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam

Conditions for completing: - active participation in lectures and seminars, - propose an activity within the framework of support for ped. workers - passing the exam - oral For those with an individual plan: - the above + applies: - support proposal for a social pedagogue (theoretically anchored)
