Course content
Practical rehearsal of compositions from the position of choir member and choirmaster Conducting choir rehearsals Warm up and rehearsal of choral composition (individual and together)

Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Demonstration, Training in job and motor Skils, Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)

Learning outcomes
Objectives: Upon completion of the course, students should be able to: conduct an independent choir rehearsal, be able to sing a chorus, rehearse a folk song, an art song with accompaniment, or an a capella piece of intermediate difficulty, analyse and eliminate errors that may occur during the choir rehearsal, independently prepare and perform a public performance with the choir. Topics: Rehearsal and performance of the canon, rehearsal and performance of a cappella multi-part composition, rehearsal and performance of multi-part composition with instrumental accompaniment, stylistic interpretation of folk song, stylistic interpretation of classical music, stylistic interpretation of popular music, jazz and musical theatre, dramaturgy of performances with different focuses, behaviour on stage. Active participation in lessons - min. 90% attendance Credits for BRS1 @, BRS2 @, BRS3 @ have been completed before the exam Rehearse and conduct 1 pre-approved song and 1 drawn folk song with the choir independently at the concert
