Learning outcomes
The course will focus on the social, cultural and gender aspects of the history of the early modern period. Emphasis will be principally put on work with sources, the basic secondary literature on the topics will be further introduced. The students are considered to take an active part in the discussions.
Students will gain knowledge of selected topics of this period and they will be also familiar with the literature related to this course. HF

Attending, activity in the course, preparation for the class (text reading), preparation of a presentation concerning secondary literature, discussion, max. 2 absences.
