Learning outcomes
The aim of the state final exam from history is to prove student's ability to use knowledge and skills obtained during his/her studies. The goal of historical studies is to prepare a historian - professional, who is able to fullfil his task, which means a historian who is able to individually research the history and to interpret it. Student was prepared for this task by courses, seminars, paper preparations and by writing the thesis, along with lectures, colloquias and exams. To explore the history does not mean only to know facts (although those are necessary), but also to know how to find them, how to find literature and sources and how to evaluate those. To interpret the history then means to show a result of your own, subjective knowledge and to interpret it in a context which is expected by an audience. PZ
