Course content
1st Introduction - used description systems, analyses, interpretations. 2nd Proofs of crafts, production processes and technologies. 3rd - 4th Ceramic jars. 5th Metal artifacts - jars 6th Metal artifacts - weapons and tools. 7th Metal artifacts - 8th - 9th Metal artifacts - jewels and part of clothes. 10th Metal artifacts - coins. 11th Glass artifacts. 12th Artifacts from organic material (wood, leather, amber, bone, amber etc.) 13rd Stone artifacts.

Learning outcomes
Exercises Movable artifacts in Roman Period is focused on material culture of Migration Period. In addition to artifacts we solve archaeological sources, its transformation, variability of purpose and using, production processes and technologies. Part of exercise is focused on issue of crafts at housing estates (in production centres) and its reflection in archaeological sources. We e focus on ceramic, glass, metal, stone and organic. Lecturer demonstrate methodical processes of work with archaeological sources, its analysis, description, synthesis of structures and interpretation.
Good orientation in material culture of Migration Period.
Prerequisites
For absolving of lecture are important knowledges from bachelor studies from subject Migration Period. Important is knowledge from subjects Artefactual Archaeology I-II, IV, VI-VII.

Student performance, Dialog

Oral conversation, study of residental and foreign literature in european context of Migrattion Period.
