Course content |
Basic treatment of the material, conservation, restoration, physical evidence and inventory, drawing and photographic documentation. Practices take place in the archaeological laboratory at Department of History, Faculty of Arts, Palacky University.

Learning outcomes |
Gaining practical experiences with laboratory processing and documentation of archaeological material.
Knowledge of laboratory processing and conservation of archaeological finds. Gaining skills in - basic cleaning, sorting, conservation, restoration and inventoring of movable archaeological artefacts. |
Prerequisites |
The basic overview in the archaeological cultures in the Central Europe.

Analysis of Activities ( Technical works), Systematic Observation of Student
Activity in seminar lessons, fulfillment of assigned tasks, individual work, parallel tuitions with lecturer. |
