Course content
Field exercises in regional geology. Study of geological forms in the Western Carpathians and Bohemian Massif. Stratigraphic significant locality, typical locality for occurrence of minerals, rocks, fossils, geomorphological and structural-geological conditions. Include exercises to describe typical elements and profiles in the area, study relationships with regions and regions, read geological maps and field practical skills - rock, soil and water sampling and petrophysical measurements.
