Learning outcomes
|
The point is to introduce the theoretical principles of measurement, that are common to all branches of science. Under the lectures basic information will be given about the related topics: experiment and modelling.
1 knowledge List the used measurement theories and theirs basic ideas. Describe the meaning of terms measurement, quantity, unit. List and explain component axioms of metronomical measurement model. Define the basic terms of similarity and modelling. Explain the principles of determination of dimensionless quantities using the dimension analysis, mathematical model analysis and physical model analysis.
