The seminar is focused on the future practice of students of social pedagogy in the field of criminal law. The seminar will provide a basic orientation in selected topics, including the practical applicability of the acquired knowledge. The target group is mainly students of the study programs, that related social sciences who have already completed the basics of the fundamental law, family, and criminal law. However, the seminar is also open to other students of social sciences, even without prior knowledge of criminal law. Part of each seminar is an introduction to the theoretical foundations, the legal regulation of the topic, and the subsequent practical part, in which students will be able to apply the acquired knowledge.
