Course content
Individual supervision, support professional growth and competences of the supervised; Balint group as a method of problem solving; portfolio of special education practice in health facilities.

Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming)
  • Semestral Work - 27 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim is supervision of special education practice in health facilities, through which the students reflect on the progress of internal and external obstacles, weaknesses and strengths of the past practice.
After completing the course, students should be able to: - Reflect the internal and external barriers in special education practice in health facilities; - Find new solutions of problematic situations experienced in special education practice in health facilities; - Improve the quality and effectiveness of their teaching activities in health facilities; - Accept and internalize the values and attitudes that result from educational role; - Prevent burnout; - Develop new perspectives for their professional conduct.
