Course content
Anatomy and physiology of female and male genitals, ontogenetic development of the reproductive system, developmental abnormalities. Menstrual and ovulation cycle of women, menstrual cycle disorders, menstrual hygiene and intimate women and men. Prevention of unwanted pregnancy - a form of contraception methods, possibilities of unplanned pregnancies, abortion issues, foster care, baby box. Risky sexual behavior - sexually transmitted diseases (syphilis, gonorrhea, Trichomonas, chlamydia, HPV, hepatitis B, C, HIV / AIDS, etc.). Sexual abuse, forms, manifestations legislation. The issue of relationships, hierarchy, family relationships, parenting issues, rights and duties of parents, choice of partner, the factors influencing the selection of a partner for life, development of sexual behavior, the issue of monogamy and polygamy. The issue of pornography, production, distribution. Promiscuous behavior and prostitution. Relationship sex education and sex education, sexual behavior in a narrower and broader sense. Objectives, conditions and means of sex education. Basic principles of sex education. The content of sex education. Methods used in sex education with regard to the age peculiarities of children. Reproductive health and its protection. Sexuality and reproduction. Development of sexual identification. Sexual orientation. Sexual deviance and deviant behavior. Sexual dysfunction. Legislation in matters of sexuality. Sexual abuse. Sexuality and the media. CAN syndrome. The issue of pornography. Personality of the teacher of sex education. Sexual education in FEP, SEP. Cooperation between family and school sex education. Didactic idea of sex education (characteristic of the selected method).

Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students should be able to: - characterize and clarify the topics subject of reproductive health and sex education, - describe the morphological and functional development of the reproductive organs of men and women, - explain the menstrual phase and the ovulation cycle, - provide information about the intimate and menstrual hygiene, reproductive health, - specify the different types of contraception and family planning principles, - understand the problems of unwanted pregnancy - abortion and menstrual regulation, - explain the issues of prevention, etiology, pathogenesis and clinical STD (sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV / AIDS) - Apply the information obtained in the course, for primary and secondary schools, - Provide technical assistance, respectively. know the methodology of the procedure at solving difficult problems of their intimate later clients (students).

Each student prepares a seminar paper on a given topic, which will be in the range of max. 5 A4 pages and delivered in the LMS Unifor least a week before granting the colloquium. Monitoring and evaluation of the individual work of a tutor is a prerequisite for the possibility of acceding to the colloquium.
