Course content
Reproductive health and factors influencing it. Human sexuality and reproduction. Legal issues of sexuality. Sexual abuse. Sexual criminality. Sexual behaviour ? sexual instinct, heterosexuality, bisexual behaviour, homosexuality. Development of sexual behaviour in the CR. Sexual deviations. Sexual functions disorders. Sexual identification. Sexual role. Personality of Sexual Education teacher.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)

Learning outcomes
The aim of Sexual Education is for students to acquire comprehensive theoretical knowledge of this "currently discussed" issue, and also to acquire practical skills for teaching sexual issues at primary schools. Fundamental topics of this course are: the issue of reproductive health, sexual identification and sexual role, sexuality and reproduction, sexual dysfunctions and pathological sexual behaviour, sexual criminality, the issue of homosexuality, legal issues of sexuality, sexual abuse, etc. The discipline directly uses students? knowledge acquired in the course Reproductive Health as part of Bachelor studies of Health Education. Furthermore, there is emphasis on the manner of teaching and selecting suitable methods for teaching Sexual Education, including the topic personality of Sexual Education teacher.
After completing the course, students should be able to: - disposal via comprehensive theoretical knowledge of the "currently discussed" issues, - define the issues of reproductive health, sexual identification, - explain the importance of sexuality and reproduction, - enumerate sexual dysfunction and clarify the nature of sexual compulsive behavior and homosexuality, - analyze the legal issues relating to the issue, - acquire and consolidate practical skills to teach sexual issues at primary schools.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam, Written exam, Seminar Work

Active participation in seminar (mandatory participation of 90%). PC work, Internet connection. Student is obliged to participate in an assigned project, its execution and presentation.
