Course content
Terminology (risky behavior prevention); Flagship risk behavior depending cloth and Non-Substance, risky sexual behavior (including the risk of infection with sexually transmitted diseases and unplanned pregnancies and sexual abuse), eating disorders (anorexia nervosa and bulimia, contemporary eating disorders, etc .; impact on health risk behavior in all its components immediately and in the future, the National strategy for the primary prevention of risk behavior of children and youth for the period 2013 2018; school methods of primary prevention and the importance of making school prevention programs, organizations providing assistance in preventing the occurrence and risk behavior at a regional and national level. Topics tasks: Eating disorders anorexia nervosa and its prevention; eating disorder bulimia nervosa and its prevention; modern eating disorder orthorexia, bigorexia, drunkorexia and prevention; organizations and programs in the prevention of eating disorders; Classification of substance abuse in the Czech Republic; bio-psycho-social risks of substance abuse in childhood and adolescence; problem of alcohol abuse among children and youth; issue of smoking among school children; Study Substance Abuse (ESPAD, HBSC etc.); Organizations and minimizing substance abuse; prevention of infection with sexually transmitted diseases; HIV / AIDS in the Czech Republic; prevention of unplanned pregnancies among young girls; prevention of sexual abuse; Analysis of school prevention programs at selected elementary schools.

Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students should be able to: - define the concept of risky behavior - enumerate categories of risky behavior - describe the impact of risky behavior on the bio-psycho-social components of health (esp. In the abuse of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, including alcohol, tobacco use, risky sexual behavior, eating disorders, etc.). - explain concepts related to primary, secondary and tertiary prevention (universal, selective and indicated) - justify the need for the concept of the National Strategy for the primary prevention of risk behavior of children and youth for the period 2013 - 2018 - describe the principle of school programs, prevention of risk behavior and the role of school-based prevention methods - mapping organizations, programs and projects for the prevention of risk behavior among youth

Seminar Work, Written exam

Each student prepares a seminar paper on a given topic, which will be in the range of max. 5 A4 pages and delivered in the LMS Unifor least a week before granting credit. Monitoring and evaluation of the individual work of a tutor is a prerequisite for the possibility of acceding to credit.
