Course content
Cell - structure, function of organelles , cell division . Tissues - epithelial, connective, muscle and nerve. Skeletal system - shape, surface , internal structure , growth and development, connection of bones , the skeleton of the body (spine, chest), skeleton skulls , skeleton upper and lower limbs. Muscular system - structure, composition and properties of skeletal muscles. Description of the major muscle groups. Blood - the quantity, composition and functions of blood. Heart - the shape, structure and activity . Blood vessels - construction (arteries, capillaries, veins). Heart - large and small circulation. Lymphatic system . Respiratory system - external and internal breathing, nose, nasal cavity , larynx , trachea, lungs. Digestive system - oral cavity , pharynx , esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine , pancreas , liver . Excretory system - the kidneys , urinary tract. The system of skin - skin construction , additional skin formations, body temperature and its management. Visual organs - structure of the eye , eye appendages . Mechanisms of static and auditory. Mechanisms skin (cold, heat , pressure, pain) , gustatory and olfactory system . Nervous system - classification, structure and nerve cells reflex arc. Nervous system - the dorsal spinal cord , medulla oblongata , pons bridge , cerebellum, midbrain. Nervous system - diencephalon, brain. Peripheral nerves - nerves of the brain . Peripheral nerves - nerves, spinal nerves and the autonomic. Glands with internal secretion. Male genital tract . Female genital tract.

Learning outcomes
Zdůrazněny jsou zvláštnosti jednotlivých soustav v předškolním a mladším školním věku. The content of the course builds on the basic knowledge of the subject of biology at secondary schools about the structure of the human body and assumes knowledge of terminology secondary human biology. Curriculum briefly describes the structure of some organic compounds , which are necessary to understand the basics of genetics and physiology of the system , then focuses on the Revision of basic genetic concepts. It is developed in the most common problems of hereditary diseases , prenatal diagnosis , genetic counseling and genetic testing . The focus of the course is dedicated to the ontogenetic developmental stage of the child during the prenatal , preschool and early school age. Teaching is supplemented by the entire ontogenetic development. Discipline is based on the needs of future practice bakalářek with which they encounter in their daily teaching at the kindergarten , where it is necessary to know the basic transformation of somatic development of the child. Graduates should also understand the interrelationships between physical and mental development of a child , which is currently in these age stages is essential . Achieved developmental changes in one period are the basis for the successful development of emerging periods , including fetal development . Highlighted the peculiarities of individual systems in the preschool and early school age.
