The task of discipline is to provide students with a set of theoretical knowledge and practical skills that are important for providing first aid. They become familiar with the most common causes, consequences and symptoms of harm to human health. Recognize the entire array of first aid knowledge and comprehensive procedure for the provision of first aid, which corresponds to the current state of knowledge. The teaching will become familiar with first aid for acute conditions, which directly threaten human life: bleeding, injury to bones and joints, respiratory arrest and circulatory shock, unconsciousness, etc.
