Course content
- Athletic Wurm-Up - Running preparatory exercises - Jumping preparatory exercises - preparatory exercises for throwing - preparátory movement games - Applied exercise (running, jumping, walking), basic positions - Command technique - Terminology - Straightening positions, exercise for correct posture - Stretching - Spring preparation - Exercise in pairs and groups of three - Exercise for strengthening the upper extremities, lower extremities, abdomen muscles - Exercise in rows - Exercise on benches and with benches - Exercise with ropes and skipping ropes - Exercise with a short bar - Exercise with medicine balls - Use of wall bars for physical activity - Entertainment exercise, balancing exercise, neuromuscular coordination exercise

Learning outcomes
The aim of the athletic course is to introduce students with basic training athletic means and to create a movement base not only for athletics. The aim of Elementary gymnastics 1 is to teach students the knowledge and skills of elementary gymnastics and to present basic knowledge about correct posture and its significance for the performance of movements. Classification of exercises from an anatomical and physiological perspective. Use of sports tools and auxiliary gymnastic tools for the training section of a teaching and training unit.
The student will have a general overview of the athletics wurm up, the preparatory exercises for running, jumping and throwing. The student will be able to organize the athletic games and competitions.

- Active participation in seminars (100%) - Active participation in The championship UP in cross-country run - Verification exercise for run, jump and throw: a) medicimball throw backwards b) ball throw with overjump c) long jump out from six running strokes (basic technique) d) running drills e) sprint 60m - (M-8,6 s and W - 9,6 s) Active participation in training sessions. Terminology test. Verification exercise for the development of mobility and coordination: 1. Sitting position, arms up ? deep straight forward bend (hands overlapping the toes), 2. Sitting position, arms up ? deep bent forward bend, forearms next to shins, palms up, 3. Jump with a 360 degree turn ? forward bend balancing, 4. Coordination exercise ?traffic warden? (arms lowered ? arms forward ? arms sideways ? arms up ? arms forward ? arms lowered), 5. forward roll, backward roll, 6. rope jumping
