Course content
1. Training of children and youth, non-specific training. 2. Skill acquisition and development of motor skills through non-specific skills the devices necessary for the successful implementation of the sporting performance. 3. Acquisition of practical and theoretical foundations of selected movement skills from athletics, gymnastics and martial arts (acrobatic training exercises, drag-outs, overpressures, resistors, fall techniques, walking, running, jumping, throwing and throwing) in order to create the broadest mobility fund to enable performance growth in later phases of sports training. 4. Didactic forms and methods in training units of children and youth using athletic, gymnastic and martial arts (forms and methods for developing and maintaining endurance, strength, speed, flexibility and coordination). 5. Use of tools, apparatus and alternative aids in nonspecific training of children, youth and beginners. 6. Application of new trends in nonspecific training to the preparation of youth from the point of view of athletics, gymnastics and martial arts.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to provide students with the necessary knowledge and practical skills in the area of sports performance in children, youth and beginners in various sports and disciplines using non-specific methods, forms and devices. The partial goal is to deepen and apply the knowledge about the training process with focusing mainly on nonspecific training and contributing to the development of coaching competencies.
Student is able to create the content of sports training especially of children and youth of non-specific character in various sports and physical activities.
Prerequisites
Student knows the basics of sports training, anatomy, physiology and anthropomotorics. This knowledge can be used in practical lessons.

Assessment methods and criteria
Systematic Observation of Student, Seminar Work

Active participation in teaching, preparation of the training microcycle content in the form of nonspecific training.
