The aim of the course is to teach the students the practical and theoretical principles of selected athletic disciplines - techniques of run, long jump, shot put, relay, high jump, ball throwing.
Upon completion of the course the student has a general overview of methodological procedures for training various types of athletics disciplines (sprint running technique, arm swing running technique, shot put, long jump, relay race, high jump and throwing a ball)). The student is able to practically apply the reservoir of training and imitation exercises in individual athletic training and thus verify the effect of this exercise on the development of motor capabilities and skills.
