Course content
1. Basic orientation in athletics disciplines and history. 2-8. Development of basic athletics movements(run, throw, jump). 8-10. Basics of training methods. 12.-13Basics of athletics for persons with disability

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook), Training in job and motor Skils
  • Preparation for the Course Credit - 20 hours per semester

  • Attendace - 52 hours per semester
  • Homework for Teaching - 23 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Aim of the course is to develop a fundamental knowledge of basic athletics movements - running, throwing and jumping for kids.
To be able to run, throw and jump.
Prerequisites
Basic ability to move.
