1. Martial arts in Olympic games 2. Judo - ukemi (break-falls) , techniques in newaza (Osaekomi-waza - holding or pinning techniques). 3. Judo - nage-waza (Te-waza-hand techniques, Koshi-waza-hip techniques, Ashi-waza-foot and leg techniques). 4. Judo - randori (free practice), judo in MMA.
