Course content
The course explores the vast potentioal of the artistic techniques in reduction of the stress burden and in the prevention of the burn-out syndrome in the health-care professionals. Students will be provided with a brief theroetical introoduction on how arts can improve a healt-professional reasoning and decision making. In the second part, students will be learn how to use visual arts techniques and unleash their own creativity and eventually reduce the professional stress burden and support their well being.

Lecture, Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work Activities, Grafic and Art Activities
Learning outcomes
The course aims to develop individual creativity and to elevate the role of the arts and humanities in medical education and practice. It follows the current trends in medical sciences which promote diversity and include nurturing curiosity and unleashing creativity, deepening empathy, developing professionalism, and fostering resilience in physicians as well s physicians-in-training.
After completing the course students will be able to implement the obtained knowledge into the practical approach to patients.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of English, previous experience with visual arts performance could be of some advantage.
