Course content
The student should be familiar with basic principles of general pharmacology; to have a basic knowledge of the pharmacology of the major drug groups in the dentistry practice (analgetics, antibiotics, local anesthetics, etc.).

Lecture, Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Projection (static, dynamic)
Learning outcomes
The student should be familiar with basic principles of general pharmacology; have a basic knowledge of pharmacology of major drug groups in the dentistry practice (analgetics, antibiotics, local anesthetics, etc.).
Student should be able to apply basic pharmacotherapeutic effects of drugs in dentistry practice.

Completion all of prescribed exams.

Assessment methods and criteria
Mark, Oral exam

Participation in at least 12 seminars and good knowledge with subject of seminars. Practical skills: for the patient in the dental office to choose the right medicine to treat his health problems. Choose right drug from three offered drugs and formally the correct prescription of the selected drug on the prescription form.
