Course content
|
In the lecture is discussed development of world art form the move of its centre from Paris to New York in the time of second world war and consequential development of tendencies on both continents: abstract expressionism, action painting, lyrical abstraction, tašismus, (Italian) neorealism, pop art, kinetismus, conceptual art, minimalism, landart, new figuration, narrative figuration, hyperrealism, postmodernistic neo-styles etc.

Introduction to basic tendencies of world visual art in the last 50 years in Euroamerican context - universal outline.
Student is acquainted with the development of contemporary art, from the move of world art centre from Paris to New York in the second world war; consequently is discussed quick development of particular styles in the visual arts on both continents.

Subject is designated for students of Master study of History of Fine Arts.
