Course content
|
1. sound recording - introduction (analog, digital); types of microphones and their uses; compression formats (lossy, lossless), bitrate, sampling, copyright! 2. practical sound recording in the studio (mixer, etc.), portable recording device (tape recorder vs. audio recorder) 3. basics of editing audio recording PC (editing, applying effects, export to file ...) 4. digital video - introduction (resolution, format, bitrate, codecs); formation scenarios; operation of the camera (controls, your shooting) 5. practical video recording 6. transfer data to a PC (firewire, USB, card reader); basics of editing a record in PC, Internet publishing 7. test of theoretical knowledge, students will present their own short video clip on youtube (or elsewhere online)
