Learning outcomes

The seminar and the lecture bring some examples of the interpretation of a painting from the point of view of psychology, sociology, structuralism, semiotics, iconology, hermeneutics and gender studies.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral exam, Seminar Work
Presentation of the broader content of the important interpretive paper from the international art history magazine, devoted to one painting or to the cycle of pantings. The presence at seminars. The knowledge of presented and studied problematics including broader contents presented by students.
