Learning outcomes
|
Two-semester cycle of lectures provides orientation in the history of European painting, sculpture, spatial and conceptual art from the early 20th century after the end of the sixties and extending its attention on the American art scene after World War II. Opinion changes in art are pursued in the broader context of contemporary historical and political events.
Basic knowledge of the trends of European painting and sculpture in 1900-1930.
