Single individual lectures of researchers including doctoral students and with them connected discussions.

Learning outcomes
|
Cycle of lectures accompanied by seminar with a discussion of students, held for most beneficial part of the doctoral study besides the own research work of doctoral students and devoted to actual research papers of single lecturers on their own selected themes. The lecturers become or members of the doctoral council or invited researchers.
Knowledge of a large scale of actual research papers and methods.

The finished master degree studies.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Systematic Observation of Student
1) At least 75% attendance (it will be recorded). 2) Writing an essay in the range of 1-2 standard pages (Word or PDF) inspired by one of the lectures (individual choice); the essay has to be submited to dr. Krummholz by e-mail by the end of May (summer semester) or by the end of December (winter semester). An ORIGINAL, AUTHORIAL text is required; i.e, it should be loosely inspired by the topic of the chosen lecture, but it should NOT be its description, summary or evaluation! 3) Participation in the evaluation (according to the instructions of Dr. Krummholz) of texts submitted by students of Bc. and Mgr. programs. Dr. Krummholz will then record the credit/s in the IS STAG.
