Course content
|
Plant explant cultures, history and basic fundamentals, principles of work, possibilities of plant regeneration, influence of plant growth regulators, somatic variability, morphogenesis (organogenesis, embryogenesis), basic methods (meristem culture, callus culture, anther culture, protoplast culture, protoplast fusion, embryo culture, somatic embryogenesis), practically utilization of explant cultures (plant breeding, secondary metabolites, transgenosis, cryopreservation).
