Course content
The course will focus on practical skills of students - the preparation of biological samples, work with different types of microscopes, application of image analysis in microscopy - working with ImageJ software (Fuji), Cell (Olympus), Imaris (Bitplane) and practical applications in tasks from plant morphology and cytology, and phytopathology.

Aim of the course is to familiarize students with imaging techniques.
After completing the course the student should: - apply microscopic techniques - process image data using various SW

Simultaneous completion of the course BOT/MOA
