1. Introduction into Psychoactive drugs 2. Classifications 3. Legal drugs 4. Stimulants 5. Opiates 6. Cannabis 7. Hallucinogens 8. Volatile solvents 9. Drug abuse - codes and laws 10. General methods for drug preparation 11. First aid techniques in the case of drug abuse

Learning outcomes
The lecture "Drugs" is designed for advanced chemistry students and deals with drugs problems and their solving.
Describe drugs - classification, consequences, prevention principles, legislation.
Prerequisites
Successfully completed basic courses in Organic chemistry.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written exam

Minimal percentage to succeed in written tests is 60%. In the case of a lower percentage value, a discussion about a chosen problem is necessary. 100% seminar attendance is compulsory.
