New modern high-resolving power mass analyzers: orbitrap and cyclotron 4. Desorption electrospray and jet dissociation for the analysis of tissues and whole blood 5. Biomarker discovery: Surface Enhanced Laser Desorption Ionization 6. Metabolomics 7. Surface Plasmon Resonance: interactions studies 8. The aim is to become familiar with methods of analysis of Biomarkers by Mass Spectrometric Methods
Compare advantages and disadvantages of particular methods of biomarkers analysis using MS techniques, choose the suitable method for a given purpose, interpret results
