Occupational profiles of graduates with examples Graduates have advanced knowledge in integral andragogy, employee training, theory of organisation, human resources management, social policy and social work. Students can choose two basic specializations - personnel management and social work. There are disciplines aimed at basics in law and economics. Graduates find employment in areas of human resources management, social work and adult education in the field of public service, non-profit organisations and private enterprise.
