After completing the course, students will be able to: - explain the terms quality, quality management, quality management in the field of education, quality management in school, school quality, teaching quality, curriculum quality, quality areas, terms ISO, EFQM, - characterize the quality model concept and demonstrate it on a concrete example, - justify the importance of feedback in the management of an educational institution (for the development of various actors), - assess the state of quality management at the selected workplace in the context of quality management in the selected region, - propose specific activities (in the form of elaborate projects, etc.) supporting the development of the quality of educational institutions and emphasizing their educational dimension, - clarify the possibilities or pitfalls of applying different approaches to quality management in the field of education.
