The aim of the module is to strengthen competence and skills, which make it easier for the graduates to find a job on the job market. In the first phase, students reflect on what they have learned at university and which kind of knowledge has been acquired in a specific field (German Studies) during the studies, aiming to achieve knowledge and skills from the job market. In the following project phase, students organize a specifically performable (financed) project, which should correspond with their interests and skills. The workshop ends with extensive reflection on the process and results. Structure Weeks 1-3: reflection, conceptual work, preparation Weeks 4 - 12: project execution Week 13: final evaluation
