Using the anthropological approaches of historical research, the aim of the course will be to make the students acquainted with cultural-historical aspects of the Humanist and Baroque period, which can be made use of in the interpretation of early modern literature. After an introduction to the research questions, a work with texts reflecting the topics in question will follow.
