Course content
|
We will practice basic grammar and vocabulary needed for passing the exam. We will also practice writing and reading skills, as well as look at work with mock examinations to get aquainted to the format of the real PhD exam in English.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of this course is to prepare PhD students for their exam in English. They will practice the skills necessary for passing the exam as well as the grammar required at their level.
After completing the course the students will have the skills necessary to pass the doctoral exam in English. They will have practiced grammar as well as other skills needed (writing, reading etc) and also be aquainted with the format of the exam.

Prerequisites

English skills at level B1 are necessary to be able to follow the course succesfully.
