The course builds upon the Management and Leadership course. Its aim is to prepare students for working in intercultural/multicultural environments. An intercultural manager is responsible for ensuring that communication between colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders is not hindered by cultural influences or misunderstandings arising from them. Therefore, a manager must possess intercultural awareness as well as the ability to leverage the potential of cultural diversity. To develop these competencies, the course will combine theoretical foundations with practical case studies from real-world settings.
